How matching works
The current tool uses rules-based text comparison for role terms, skills, action language, and measurable outcomes. Processing occurs in the user's browser.
Limits of the score
The percentage indicates textual alignment with the selected Hirevate job description. It does not reproduce an employer ATS or predict screening, interviews, or hiring.
User responsibility
Users must add only truthful experience and qualifications and review every suggestion. Hirevate does not auto-apply or make employment decisions for employers.
