Hirevate Subscription and Cancellation Terms

Three-day trial

Eligible users receive one limited three-day trial when they create an account. No payment method is required, no paid subscription starts, and no charge is made.

The trial ends automatically and does not convert to a paid plan. A courtesy reminder is scheduled approximately 24 hours before the trial ends, inviting the user to choose a monthly or annual membership. Continued access requires the user to actively select a plan and complete Stripe Checkout.

Plans and renewal

Hirevate costs USD $24.99 per month or USD $69.99 per year. New accounts receive a limited 3-day trial with no payment card required. The trial ends automatically and does not become a paid subscription; users must actively choose a membership. Paid plans renew for the selected billing period until canceled.

Prices are stated in United States dollars. The selected price, currency, interval, and total charge are shown before payment. Stripe processes card details and recurring charges. A subscription renews monthly or annually until cancellation.

Cancellation

The free trial needs no cancellation and ends without an automatic charge. A signed-in paid subscriber can open Subscription from the Account menu and select Cancel subscription. After a paid period starts, cancellation takes effect at the end of that period, with access continuing until then.

Refunds and payment issues

Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or the EU withdrawal policy. Failed or reversed payments may limit paid access. Material price changes apply prospectively after notice.
